Scope
Hermes Brain Connector is a private, owner-operated application. This policy explains how it handles Google user data when the owner authorizes access.
Data accessed
Depending on the capabilities enabled by the owner, the connector may access Calendar events and settings, Gmail messages and message metadata, and Google Drive files and metadata. It requests only the access needed for enabled owner-facing functions.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide and maintain functions requested by the owner, such as calendar organization, message reconciliation, file organization, and verified owner-authorized actions. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Storage and security
Credentials and private working data are stored in protected, owner-controlled systems with restricted service identities and access controls. This public website contains no private Google data and uses no analytics, advertising trackers, accounts, or cookies.
Sharing and external processing
Google user data is not sold or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. When the owner requests an AI-assisted feature, only the relevant content or derived context may be sent to the AI service provider configured by the owner, solely to generate the requested result. Such transfers are not made for advertising or to train a general-purpose AI model. Infrastructure and AI providers process data only as needed to operate owner-requested functions, subject to their applicable service terms, data controls, and the owner’s configuration.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as needed for the owner’s private records and enabled connector functions. The owner can disable the connector, revoke its Google access through Google Account security settings, and delete retained connector data.
Human access
No person other than the owner or a person explicitly authorized by the owner may access Google user data, except when needed for security, legal compliance, or troubleshooting requested by the owner.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Hermes Brain Connector’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
